Mortgage Lender’s Requirements
Different mortgage lenders may require different criteria to be fulfilled to approve a mortgage for a property where JKW is present. If the mortgage provider has evidence that a long-term treatment plan is in place and paid for, the mortgage providers criteria to address the JKW problem are generally meet.
