Where the guarantee and treatment plan documents are not required immediately, the program can be paid for in instalments over 3 years, as follows (note guarantees issued upon receipt of final payment):

1st Payment:

Initial payment upon placing your order (Year 1)

= 60% of the contract value plus insurance premium

2nd Payment:

Due on or before 4th January the following calendar year (Year 2)

= 20% of contract value

3rd Payment:

​Due on or before 4th January the following calendar year (Year 3)

= 20% of contract value

If a treatment plan is taken out September to December, the year 2 and 3 invoices will be due on or before 31st October in the subsequent years
