What is a ‘no disturbance zone’?
Japanese Knotweed Specialists must be advised in advance of any planned change to land use in the ‘no disturbance zone’; as recommended by the Environmental Agency and as shown on the site plan (7m from visible Japanese Knotweed as observed at the time of this survey). A specific control plan must be prepared so that we can advise of specific actions that must be implemented to ensure your Treatment Plan and Guarantee conditions are not invalidated. Examples of applicable situations include planting, soft or hard landscaping, building works, removal of structure or excavation, utilities installations, fencing installation or any other works that require disturbance of the ground.
