Why have a survey?

Why have a survey?

We can’t recommend a treatment plan without first expertly identifying the invasive weed and then access the level of infestation. This can only be done by doing an on-site visit and surveying the infestation.
  1. A survey is a site visit with a written report and scaled drawing that complies with the PCA guidelines and therefore approved by mortgage companies
  2. Full property risk survey
  3. This is required if you are buying or selling to satisfy solicitors and mortgage companies. It is also essential if you want a guarantee.
