  1. Survey of the site and measurements of the JKW infestation
  2. Soil Tests/Analysis (taken whilst doing survey) – to confirm level of soil contamination
  3. Full written report and scaled drawings. 
  4. A Full Written Management Plan – that is essential for any development site as specified by the EA (Environment Agency). This plan will make their site EA compliant
