OPTION 1: The full development site survey 
Full Developers Survey: Includes:
  1. Site visit and measure up of the JKW infestations
  2. Soil Tests/Analysis (taken whilst doing survey) – to confirm level of soil contamination
  3. Full written report and scaled drawings. 
  4. A Full Written Management Plan – that is essential for any development site as specified by the EA (Environment Agency) 
THIS PLAN WILL MAKE THEIR SITE EA COMPLIANT (so even if they don’t use us they our plan will be accepted by the EA)
All for ONLY £1200 + VAT (WE CAN OFFER TERMS ON PAYMENT) normal £ 1550 + VAT  SAVING £350 + VAT)

OPTION 2: Developers Survey:
  1. Site visit and measure up of the JKW infestations
  2. Full written report and scaled drawings. 
  3. A Full Written Management Plan – as specified by the EA for any Development 
All for ONLY £850.00 + VAT (WE CAN OFFER TERMS ON PAYMENT)

OPTION 3: Standard Site Survey:
Site visit and measure up of the JKW infestations
Full written report and scaled drawings. 
For £299 + VAT 
WE CAN OFFER TERMS ON PAYMENT IE NOT TAKE PAYMENT UPFRONT –BUT WE DO NEED CONFIRMATION IN WRITING AND A FORMAL PO
