What information is required for a development site survey?
Development sites - we need the following information:
- Site plans
- Development drawings of the PROPOSED development
- Soil tests and investigation reports ,if available
- Habitat reports ,if available
- Timescales: when they want to start works
- Status ownership of the site - do they own the site, or looking to buy – maybe they have an OPTION AGREEMENT on the site
