What information is required for a development site survey?

What information is required for a development site survey?

Development sites - we need the following information:
  1. Site plans
  2. Development drawings of the PROPOSED development 
  3. Soil tests and investigation reports ,if available 
  4. Habitat reports ,if available
  5. Timescales: when they want to start works
  6. Status ownership of the site - do they own the site, or looking to buy – maybe they have an OPTION AGREEMENT on the site
