When and how do we do the site visit to complete the survey?
- Our qualified teams are scheduled to work in postcode areas on specific weeks
- You will be contacted usually offered 1 weeks’ notice to book a visit
- Our system will send you a text and email to confirm your allotted appointment
- We will provide you with either an AM (7am-12pm) or PM (12pm-4pm) time slot, so please ensure you have someone at the property during your allotted time
- Sometimes we may need to rearrange visits at short notice due to weather conditions such as heavy rain or extreme temperatures
- If our technicians are running early or late, we will call you to inform you
